NOBCIF brings together scholars, policymakers, activists, and professionals to shape evidence-based public policy, strengthen inclusive governance, and ensure that OBC communities receive fair representation in education, employment, and political systems.
As a growing national platform, NOBCIF plays a key role in amplifying the voices of marginalized communities and influencing policy discourse on reservation reforms, caste census, and institutional equity.

Alla Ramakrishna is a prominent social justice activist and OBC leader in India, dedicated to the empowerment and upliftment of backward communities. Under his leadership, NOBCIF has emerged as a strong policy advocacy and intellectual movement focused on securing constitutional rights, fair representation, and inclusive national development.
He actively campaigns on critical issues such as:
